Ok, so what is alliteration? Well, just like onomatopoeia, it is a writing device that we are able to transfer into our writing to make it more interesting. Watch the clip to the right to find out more about alliteration and how it can be done. Now that you have done that, you should be equipped to begin creating your own alliteration marvels using each letter of your first and last name. For example WALLY MASON; here Wally would only do the letter L and A once though as they appear twice in his name. If you have a short name you may like to use your middle name as well.

To present your work I would like you to make a short animated movie of your alliteration using a program called ZimmerTwins. Visit this link to begin creating http://www.zimmertwins.com/movie/create. Make sure that you have a look at the practice one that I have created on the link to the link below before beginning, and you can also watch the ZimmerTwins video to the left which will give you some ideas on how you can construct your own movie. http://www.zimmertwins.com/node/1375714 Make sure that you save your work properly before exiting the program! |
