This week we finally finished the 'Julian' chapter, which means that we have sadly finished reading 'Wonder' by R.J.Palacio. This is an amazing book that I have enjoyed just as much the second time around! But what I enjoy even more is the way the kids fall in love with the characters and story line, and hopefully 'choose kind' as much as possible in the future. This week students responded to 'The Julian Chapter' by completing comprehension and inferential questions. After drafting their answers in their English books they recorded themselves on AutoRap - this is the final product! An engaging way to present their understanding!
What things have used in the classroom to respond to text?

I WONDER how this app puts normal talking into a rap. I tried to recognise every-ones voices but the rap was too strong although I did notice mine. BYE Leah!
